He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Albert Newton and Edna Newton (Wheeler); his siblings, Artie Lemmon, Vada Everhart, Dane Newton, Curtis Newton, Grant Newton and Dale Newton; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Lemon, HJ Everhart, Iva Mae, Arlene Newton and Verna Lee Newton.
He is survived by : his wife Linda Kay McCrady; his children, Quenton Newton (Paula) of Healdton, Brett Newton (Lisa) of Houston, Troy Newton of Pampa and Lindsay Vessels (Jeremy) of Borger; and his brother-in-law Larry McCrady (Frankie) of Canyon. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
