He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Winn and Edith Winn (Moore); and his brothers, Thomas Winn and Donald "Don" Winn. He is survived by: his wife Kay Francis Bohanon; his children, Ronald Phil Winn (Mary) of Elk City, Mary Lisa Horn (Dean) of Sayre, Debra Denise Balderas (Jesse) of Altus and Sherry Lookingbill (John); his siblings, Marion Winn (Sherial) of Sanger, CA and Charlotte Winn of Cisco, Texas.; his grandsons, Nathan Horn, Jory Price, Matt Yost and Kyle Horn; and his sons-in-law, Jesse Balderas and John Lookingbill. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
