He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen William and Margaret Paulina Lewis (Neugebauer); his wife Carol L. Lewis; his son Ernest Kristopher Lewis; his sister Leah Fern Smith; and his nephew David Whittington.
He is survived by: his son William Carroll Lewis of Loveland, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Quentin William Lewis (Illiana) of Altus, Harmony Kriselle Lewis of Lawton and Colton Gage Lewis of Lawton; his great grandchildren, Elenna Louise Lewis, Owen Cole Lewis and Liam Lewis; his nephew Bobby Whittington (Zelphia) of Grandfield, Oklahoma; his great-nieces, Allie Daniel (Colton) of Truscott and Devin Skaggs (Chris) of Harleton, Texas; and his great-nephew Chantry Whittington (Tess) of Glenpool, Oklahoma.
