He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy William Jesse Harmon and Jewel Miler; his son Merle Harmon; his granddaughter Sheila Harmon Anderson; and his siblings, Donald Harmon, Leroy Harmon, Wanda Blankenship, Wilma Apperson, Dorothy Powell and Betty Keith.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Hunt; his children, Terry Harmon (Brenda), Perry, Richard Agee (Mellissa), Dee Steed (Joe), Debbie Bolay and Dena Alford of Tulsa, OK; his daughter-in-law Joyce Harmon (Lucien); and his sister-in-law Vicki Harmon (Orlando). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the McGuire Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to the Lions Club Boys Ranch, Perkins, OK or The Faith Church, Lucien, OK.
