He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Clifford Emmons and Annie Ruth Craig Emmons; his wife Dorothy Rebecca Driver; and his siblings, Marvin, Garland, Johnny Emmons, Sammy Williams and Dorothy McClure.
He is survived by: his children, Tamara Nicole McShane (Patrick) and Benny Joe Emmons Jr. (Clarissa) of Texas; his grandchildren, Kelsey McShane, Kamiryn Emmons, Benny Emmons III (Leah), Tyler McShane and Trinton Emmons (Bree); his great grandchild Benny Joe Emmons IV; and his siblings, Jimmy Emmons (Jo), Bettye Williams and Vickie Allen (Robert) of Mississippi.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Watts Funeral Home - Madill (200 S 1st St, Madill, OK 73446). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Watts Memorial Chapel (200 S 1st St, Madill, OK 73446). A burial was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at the Woodberry Forest Cemetery (1001 S 1st St, Madill, OK 73446).
