We announce the death of Carmen Jessie Scott of Madill, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 12, 2026, at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Self and Charlotta Ward Self; her daughter Carrie Waynette Scott; and her grandson Colton Rainer. She is survived by: her family Skip-Bo; her sons, Marc Scott (Dawn) of Lebanon and Christopher Scott of Kingston, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Brittany Coffman, Randall Rainer, Justyn Rainer, Savana Rainer, Jadyn Scott, Cliff Scott and LyllaAnn Scott; and her sister Brenda Richardson (Micheal) of Ardmore, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
