He is survived by: his wife Patty Lynn Terry of Madill, Oklahoma.; his children, Jason Terry of Aubrey, Terry Cearley, Mary of Bryan, Krystal Phillips (Charles) of Kenefic and Traci Lemons (Craig) of Malakoff, Texas.; his sister Patty Kim of Ruidoso; his grandchildren, Maci, Glenn Lanier, Marli Lemons, Gary Cearley, Bobby, Megan Cearley, Kaylee, Christopher Yang, Taylor, Ricky Taylor, Dominik, Hannah Rose, Charles Jr., Kadence Phillips, Jayce Terry, Blake Phillips and Blane Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Jonas Cearley, Navaeh Cearley, Teo Cearley, Keira Cearley, Tucker Cearley, Lincoln Cearley, Korbin Cearley, Dailey Lanier, Cayden Yang, Oaklynn Clinton, Wrenlee Waller, Jazmeryna Rose and Jared Phillips.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Watts Memorial Chapel (200 S 1st St, Madill, OK 73446).
