She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Jane Bumpass (Martin) and Frank Eugene Bumpass; her sister Cathy Jean Bumpass Huffman; and her husband Dustin Carl Spivey. She is survived by: her children, Stacey Devon Spivey (Jorge Charneco) of Norman and Brent Spivey of Dallas, Texas; her brother-in-law Sam Evans Huffman of Madill; her niece Kacy Huffman Pate (Nick Pate); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan Pate and Lukas Pate; her niece Brandi Huffman Powers (Kalan Powers); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Evansli Powers and Elora Powers; her siblings-in-law, Towana Spivey and Phyllis Spivey; and her nieces and nephews, Jetawn Spivey and Mariah Spivey.
