He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Pugh and Nina Pugh; his brother Terry Max; and his daughter Teri Vestal. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bellmon; his daughter Tami Pugh; his grandchildren, Jill Remy, Trey and Tripp Vestal; his brothers, Craig (Sue) and Rocky Pugh (Susie); Cole Vestal.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America or a charity of your choice.
