He is survived by : his wife Kathy Caldwell; his children, Jay Bird Arnold Jr., Lesley Thomas (Landon Thomas) of Kingston, Oklahoma., Jessica Green, Paul Jay Caldwell and Elizabeth Herriman; his grandchildren, Sharon Johnson (Dustin Johnson), Michael Arnold (Marissa Arnold), Mason Arnold, Kauner Arnold and Paisley Arnold; his great grandchild Colt Johnson; and his siblings, Leo Arnold (Ruby), Martin Arnold (Sissy), Lee Ray Arnold (B.), Mick Arnold, Olene Miller (Arnold), Glendae Ekstrom and Numerous of Arizona.
