He is survived by: his wife Rita Roberts of Madill, Oklahoma.; his children, Stacia Yates (Jason) of Durant, Austin Roberts (Paige) of Marietta, Michael Todd Grant of Ardmore and Brian Eastman Batson of Madill, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Seth, Kylie, Taden, Michaela and Risa; and his great grandchildren, Noa, Iris, Monroe and Angelia. He is also survived by his family, friends.
