She is survived by: her son Shayne Allen Lewis of Madill, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Carson Levi Lewis and Callie Raelynn Lewis; her siblings, Jim Lee Quinton, Linda Sieglitz and Vicki McDaniel; and her aunt Judy Granger.
