Though Frances may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Frances touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Huburt Miller and Ella Viola Smith Miller; her husband David Tate; and her daughter Fonda Houck. She is survived by: her children, Jack Herron (Jennifer), Scott Tate (Becky), Howard Tate (Toni), Kim Warren (Ralph) and Shelly Davis (Cleatus). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
