With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Orlene Skaggs of Mangum, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 21, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Bertha Reynolds and Orlen Reynolds; her sister Doris Reynolds; her brothers-in-law, Kenneth Reynolds and Bill Reynolds; her niece Sharon Baxter; her nephews, Mike Reynolds and Billy Reynolds; and her great-nephews, Cory Reynolds, Jason Lowe and Jimmy Lowe.
She is survived by : her daughter Debra Hawkins; her son-in-law Don Hawkins of Wichita Falls, Texas; her sister Lois Reynolds of Mangum; her grandsons, Jeremy Thomason of Talala, Oklahoma and Kevin Thomason (Melinda Thomason) of Wichita Falls, Texas; her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Kinley and Konner Thomason of Owasso, Oklahoma; her great-nephews, Shawn Minson (Jill) of Corn, Justin Minson (Judy) of Mangum, Dylan Baxter of Colorado Springs, Jeffery Lowe of California, Bryan Reynolds of Modesto and Dustin Reynolds of Riverbank, California; her great-niece Casi Baxter of Arvada Colorado; and also, Glenda, Brian Christian of Mangum, Patti and Allen Lowe. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
