He is survived by : his parents, Linda Michael (Dzuro) and Michael Eugene Cook Sr. Michael (Carol); his wife Debora Cook; his siblings, Todd Cook (Amanda), Terri Ferea and Dawn Coffey; his nieces and nephews, Mercedes, Timmy, Josh, Heaven, Josiah, Connor, Desirae, Celestina, David, Gage and Quinton; his stepchildren, Michael, Peter'Larry'Hone, Laurena, Leilani McEwen and Debbie; and his granddaughter Solaira.
