He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Leatherwood and Sherlene Leatherwood; his sisters, Margie and Donna; and his aunts, Gerlene and Bonnie.
He is survived by: his children, Kristina of Lake Dallas and Michael (Raebecca) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Kamryn, Jazlyn, Mason, Cailyn, Aleigha, Joaquin and Michael Lee; and his siblings, Larry (Karen) of Boerne, Steve (Theresa) of Seven Points, Texas and Claudia of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
