He is survived by: his wife Cherri Moffit; his children, Jackie and Jessica Moffit; his children-in-law, Maddie Herron and Trever Hatfield; his grandson Jackie Chance Moffit; and his sisters, Brenda Ginn and Tammy King. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lakeside Baptist Church (1641 Basin Rd, Mannford, OK 74044).
