It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffery Howard of Mannford, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, Clifford Howard and Doris Howard; his brother Harvey Howard; his wife Cindy; his children, Kailey Howard, Channing Seikel, Corbin Howard, Chris Reinhardt, Will (Short), Amanda Bowles and Casey Reinhardt of Stillwater, OK; his brother Ralph (Sonia Howard); and his child Kelly Howard. He is also survived by TWELVE GRANDCHILDREN.
