He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bockelman (Debbie); his children, Shane Bockelman (Amanda) of Conroe, Shana Bockelman of Wichita, Jake Bockelman (Lyndsay) of Wichita, Samuel Small of Maramec and Eris Small of Florida; his grandchildren, Chelsi Lund (Braydon), Haleigh Blackmon, Emily Bockelman, Destiny Soto, Nathaniel Soto, Savannah Bockelman, Ashley Bockelman, Salvador Soto, Eris Bockelman, Kira Bockelman and Marley Bockelman; and his sisters, Patrica Bockelman and Donna Massoth (Charlie) of Monkey Island, OK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
