He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Sam Kirk (Laura) of Edinburg, TX, Leslie McCarty (Lindsay) of Wentzville, MO and Stormie McCarty (Josh) of Sevierville, TN; his grandchildren, Sam Kirk, Jr., Brad Kirk, Tucker Kirk, Katie Kirk, Amelia Kirk, Cecilia Kirk, Braylon McCarty, Whitley McCarty, Kinsley McCarty, Eli McCarty and Aja McCarty; and his siblings, Brad Kirk of Madill, OK, Debbie Smith (Don) of Justin and Jennifer McLeod (Alan) of Denton.
