He is survived by: his children, Jackie Howard Jr. and Heather Howard of Marietta; his siblings, Chuck Howard, Mike Howard, Ron Howard, Don Howard, Dan Howard, Paul "Cowboy" Coxsey, Steve Matthews, Linda Howard and Norma Herndon; and his sister-in-law Roberta Dyer.
