He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Willoughby (Smith); and his siblings, Eugene Willoughby, Ross Willoughby, Barbara Willoughby and Glenda Willoughby.
He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Willoughby of Oak Grove, AR and Eric Willoughby of Kimberling City, MO; his grandson Logaen Willoughby; and his sisters, Joy Willoughby, Shirley Willoughby and Kay Walters. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
