He is survived by: his wife Angela Horton; his sister Sandra; his brother-in-law Tom Basham; his cousins, Linda, Robert Dillmon, Joyce, Calvin Currell, Dwaine and Eldora Horton; his children, James Millington Horton, Joseph Wynne, Melody Anne Horton, Julie JuhRee, Amie Nichole Horton-Shackleford, Joshua Nicholas Horton, Erica Mae Smith and Jessica Rae Smith; and his grandchildren, Caleigh, Brittany, Sierra, Caleb, Gage, Jenna, Madison, Brayden, Jessie, Wyatt, Hannah, JW of Walter, TW and Robert.
