She was predeceased by: her brother Charles Lyle McKinney. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Mahaffey; her children, Press Mahaffey (Susan), Greg Mahaffey (Becky) and Melissa Rosko (Bill); her grandchildren, Michael Mahaffey, Kristi Mahaffey, Todd Mahaffey, Allison Mahaffey, Casey Fincher, Will Rosko and Tori Rosko; and her great grandchildren, Kagun Mahaffey, Liza Fincher, Andrew Gaither, Anessa Mahaffey, Avee Mahaffey, Atticus Fincher, Abigail Mahaffey and Lincoln Mahaffey.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Service (415 W Main St, Marlow, OK 73055). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Marlow Cemetery (905 N Ash St, Marlow, OK 73055).
