He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Heath and Stella Heath (Jones); and his sisters, Madeline and Juanita. He is survived by: his wife Betty Heath; his sons, Brian Heath (Lori) of Carthage, Darrell Heath (Connie) of Houston and Mike Heath (Christie) of Rush Springs; his grandchildren, Jason, Zachary, Delaney, Trevor and Audrey; and his extended family, Carl Scott of Alabama, Mark Stringfellow (Monica) of Rush Springs and Dee Anne Nelson of Edmond. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
