She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Vestal and Orval Ray Howard; her sister Suzette Davis; and her daughter Tina Wade. She is survived by: her siblings, Orval D. Howard and Julia Foley Bey. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
