Peggy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Peggy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Peggy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edwards and Pearl Edwards (Hallock); her husband Jackie Waldo; her stepmother Edith Edwards (Prater); and her sons, Doug Waldo and David Waldo.
She is survived by: her son Danny Waldo (Teana); and her stepsister Betty Roberts of Arkansas. She is also survived by five grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Service (415 W Main St, Marlow, OK 73055). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Marlow Cemetery (905 N Ash St, Marlow, OK 73055).
