As we bid Roger farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Roger is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vergil Hill and Almarie Hill (Rodgers); and his brother-in-law LaRoyce Brown. He is survived by: his daughter April Young (John) of Marlow; his grandsons, Aaron Young of Yukon and Sean Young (Loren) of Duncan; his great grandchild Amira Young; and his siblings, Rodney Hill of Altus, Linda Lessig of Marlow and Beth Brown of Marlow.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home (415 W Main St, Marlow, OK 73055).
