He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Wortham; his children, Bobby Wortham, Melissa Patterson and Dena Wortham; his siblings, Larry Wortham (Sandy), L. D. Wortham and Judy Lyle; his grandchildren, Caleb Wortham, Drew Wortham, Anne Ratliff, Bretlie Richardson, Kelby Richardson, Dalton Wortham and Addie Brown; and his great grandchildren, Avery Foster, Barrett Wortham, Deacon Wortham, Callyn Wortham, Sterling Richardson, Rudy Ray Brown, Wade Wortham, Colson Ratliff and Delta Wortham. He is also survived by his family, friends.
