He was predeceased by : his parents, Helen Marsh and Lawrence Marsh; his brother Lawrence Alvin Marsh, Sr.; his son Philip Carter Marsh; and his wife Martha Louise Johnson Marsh.

He is survived by : his brother Larry; his granddaughter Margo; his sister Merry Ann Bingham; his sister-in-law Sally Marsh; his children, Susie Agee (Jasen) of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and Paul Marsh (Wynne) of Tulsa; his daughter-in-law Christine Marsh (Zack Green) of Tulsa; and his grandchildren, Garrison Paul Marsh, Jackson Carter Marsh, Benjamin Carter Marsh, Elaine Martha Agee Guinn (Trent), Meredith Grace Agee Ramirez (Mauricio), Margaret Marsh and Victoria Rose Agee (Jase Ryan).
