He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Dixie Miller (Lewis); his wife Dorothy Miller; and his brother James Flournoy. He is survived by: his children, Billy Walker of Maysville, Oklahoma and Kami Riley (David); and his siblings, Arthur Miller (Judy), Joe Dodd of Sulphur, Oklahoma, Patricia Peppers of Yukon, Anna Dickinson Hodge (David) and Jimmie Kay Harris (Roger). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew, and cousins.
Ray was a big supporter of the Maysville community and would gladly donate and give to various community activities.
