He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Kenneth Phillips and George Levis; and his great-grandparents, Joann and Odell Ritter. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Phillips of Maysville, Oklahoma and Retha Gosnell (Levis); his siblings, Keitha White (Alfred) of Lindsay, Odella Keith (Brandon) of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Jarrod Gosnell, Jesse Gosnell and Justin Gosnell; his grandmothers, Joyce Phillips and Barbara Levis; and his nieces and nephews, Ava Jane Keith, Ella Keith, Gray Lee White, Kage White, Creed White and Gambit White.
