He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Smith and Juanita Smith; his siblings, Betty (Clyde Roller), Elsie (Bob Lizik), Janice (H. B. Calvert), Rose (Jerry Brodhacker) and Tommy (Mina Smith); his niece Carmen McCraw; his close friend Danny Walters; Prissie.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Ann; his daughters, Lisa Gentry (Jamie Gentry) of Kellyville, Tanya Davis (Brandon) of McAlester and Pamela Cunningham (Brian) of Adamson; his grandchildren, Rashelle Williams (Wesley Lawson), Joseph Andrew (Kimberly Williams), Carole Pyle (Dillon Pyle), James "Adam" Williams (Erin), Christina Tarkington (Kyle Tarkington) and Andrew "Drew" Cunningham; his great grandchildren, Daniel Tucker, Tristan Fitzgerald, Samuel Grover Fitzgerald, Ryan Williams, Espen Pyle, Meridikan Pyle, Lynnleigh Pyle, Oxley Williams, Brynlee Williams, Jade Tarkington, Fallon Tarkington and Emmett Tarkington; his sister Linda Brown; his extended family, Kathy Lewis, Anna, Bob VanOrden, Carolyn Cummings, Wayne Green, David Cunningham, Brandon, Mary Calvert, Randy Calvert, Jimmy, Jana Calvert and David Calvert; Brian Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
