She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby, Jr. Kemp and Ametta Ann Kemp (Miser). She is survived by: her wife Brooklin Kemp (Elkins); her siblings, Dawn Williams (Bobby Becknell) of Norman, Kathryn Rodriguez of Georgia, Betty Kling of Montana, Wayne Kemp (Jessica) of Tulsa and Robert Kemp of Wilburton; her aunt Becky Leverett; and her uncles, Bo Miser, Mark Miser and Wendell Miser. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
