He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Douglas Tedrick, Sr. and Bertie Louise Tedrick (Rogers); and his brother Carl Tedrick. He is survived by: his children, Shari Lynn Stinnett (Tedrick) of Eufaula, OK, Conner Tedrick of McAlester, OK, Chelsea (Klay Fairfield) and Stephen Kem Lay of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Trent (Kirsten Fry), Brittany (Ben Shaver), Kanaan Fairfield of Ft. Smith, AR and Paisley Jane Tedrick of McAlester, OK; his great grandchildren, Traven Fry of Eufaula, OK, Sophia Shaver of Eufaula, OK and Sawyer Shaver of Eufaula, OK; and his siblings, Leo Douglas Tedrick, Jr. of Kalama, WA, Tommy Tedrick of Longtown, OK, Larry Tedrick of Vancouver, WA, Brenda Dominic of McAlester, OK and Nancy Blackwood of Marietta, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
