He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Reid and Ola Orene Reid (Osborn); and his brother Roy D. Reid. He is survived by: his wife Julie Reid; his son Tim B. Reid (Ande); his grandson Rodney James; his daughter Amy Somers (Trip); his grandchildren, Alex, Logan and Derek Reid (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Dylan, Michael and Madison (Johnny); and his sister-in-law Judy Reid. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends he loved.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Brumley-Mills Funeral Home Chapel (1410 E Carl Albert Pkwy, McAlester, OK 74501).
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Hospice of McAlester, or Haywood Baptist Church.
