He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Charles Hasty, Sr. and Jurline Salyer (Davis); his stepmother Dorris Hasty; and his son-in-law Patrick Ethridge. He is survived by: his wife Giovanna Hasty; his children, Logan Hasty, Jeremy (Kimberly Lott) of McAlester, Jaime Lott-Ethridge of McAlester, Nikki Massey (Andrew) of McAlester and Roxy Hasty of Texas; his grandchildren, Dylan, Katie, Charles, Rainer Lott, Roman Wimsett, Mattie Lewis, Jackson, Tenlee Curson and Reily Hayden; his sisters, Sherry Krob, Apple Russel and Beth McKinny (Rick); his sister-in-law Mary Walling; his brothers, Brack Salyer (Lisa) and Billy McQueen; and his pets, Kylo, Jarri and Peanut.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Chaney Harkins Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
