She was predeceased by: her former spouse Glen Jones; her father Donald Shepard; and her granddaughter Gracelynn Ellison (Glen Jones). She is survived by: her husband John Fields; her sons, Dale Lee Ellison (Jessica) and Curtis Dean Ellison (Brandy); her grandchildren, Levi, Montana, Cherish, Calli, Jordan, Korbin and Easton; and her brother Donny Shepard. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
