She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster Gardner and Catherine Eilleen Gardner (Wilson); her husband Jerry Eubanks; and her siblings, Linda Haislip, Resa Waters, Robin Gardner, Benny Gardner and Delbert Gardner.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberley Eubanks (Phillip Hice), Tracy Lentz (Tony Lentz) and Jeffery Eubanks; her grandchildren, Cheyenne Eubanks, Dakota Eubanks, Austin Castellon, Phoenix Eubanks and Jacob Eubanks; her great grandchildren, Eve Elebyany, Charlotte Lira and Dominic Lira; and her brothers, Darrell Gardner (Carolyn Gardner), Gary Gardner and Jessie Gardner (Brandy Gardner). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
