Holt (Aaron Lebs) of Hartshorne, John Tyler Perry (Meg) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Kristen M. Cook (Noah) of McAlester, Oklahoma; his great grandchild Maia E. Cook of McAlester, Oklahoma.; his close friends, Skip Rowell, Judy Barr, Dora Lee Brewer and Angel Bernhardt; and his friend Clyde Scott. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces.
