He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Jean and William Russell Gould; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Jean Mitchell; his son Charles William Jr. (Kristi); his grandchildren, Tyler, Ciaira, Ethan and Haleigh of Broken Arrow, OK; his daughter Denise Marie Pitts (Jeff); his grandchildren, Aiden and Aubrey of Nevada; and his sister Diana Lynn Price (Charles) of West Virginia. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
