He was predeceased by : his parents, Homer Collins and DeLois Trowe (Loveless); and his siblings, Francille Lewis, Hayden Duane Collins and Darrell Collins.
He is survived by : his wife Amy Collins (Anderson); his daughter Cindi Michelle Collins; his granddaughter Mandy Lay; and his siblings, Glenda Kilmer, Lawrence Collins and Maurice "Moose" Collins. He is also survived by extended family, including numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
