She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Stead and Elizabeth Stead (Palmer); her husband Gene Usry; her daughters, Katherine Gail Sides and Carol Lynn Scheetz; and her sister Celeste.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Christopher Darneal of Broken Arrow and Jason Allen of Eufaula; her great grandchildren, Alexandra Darneal, Makayla Darneal, Zachary Darneal, Cage Allen, Malea Allen and Lili Allen; and her close friend Wanda Benson of McAlester. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
