He is survived by: his wife Kathie Buckley (Garner) of McAlester; his brothers-in-law, Jerry Garner (Virginia) of Manvel and Ricky Garner of Fort Smith, Texas; and his sibling's children, Kelcie Martin, Randall Garner (Julie) of Florida, Timothy Garner of Florida and Toney Garner of Fort Smith.
