He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Elrod and Mary Elrod (Sealey); his former wife Dixie Elrod; his sons, Timothy J. Elrod and Kim C. Elrod; and his sisters, Marita June Elrod and Brenda Ann Bryson.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Kay Elrod; his daughters, Ramona Elrod of Ft. Gibson and Cheryl Lynn Maples; his brothers, Melvin Elrod and Roger Elrod; and his close friends, Leo Lalli, Doug Coppock and Sherry Crenshaw. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
