He is survived by: his son Donald Sigmund "Hawk" Jurkiewicz IV; his brothers, Danny Jurkiewicz and Todd Jurkiewicz; and his siblings' children, Tiffani Seaton, Ashley Jurkiewicz, Mary, Amy Jurkiewicz, Aubrey Jurkiewicz, Alex Jurkiewicz, Felicity Jurkiewicz, Brayden Jurkiewicz, Ryker Janz, Race Janz, Roe Janz and Maya Shaffer.
A memorial service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Brumley-Mills Funeral Home Chapel (1410 E Carl Albert Pkwy, McAlester, OK 74501).
