She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elic Walter and Manilla Cathron Huffman; her children, Shannon Powell of Checotah and Cindy Caraway (Chris) of Nashoba; her brothers, Steve and Kenny Huffman of McAlester; her grandchildren, BrianLee Smith of McAlester, Wesley Smith (Emily) of McAlester and Annalyn Smith of McAlester; her stepgrandchildren, Christiawna Pace (Patrick), Cameron Caraway, Dalton Caraway and Bryson Caraway; her great grandchildren, Hudson Smith, Harper Lovell, Octavia Lovell, Presley Lovell and Atticus Pace; her sister-in-law Terry Huffman; her nephew Chase Huffman of Washington State; her siblings, David, Diana, Doug and Mike Huffman; her sister-in-law Regina Huffman; Manilla Huffman. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brumley-Mills Funeral Home (1401 E Carl Albert Pkwy, McAlester, OK 74501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
