She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Michael and Florence Smith (Herrmann); her husband Arthur Wade; her son Arthur Wade, Jr.; her brothers, Jerome Smith, Cletus Smith, Patrick Smith and Harlan Smith; and her brother-in-law Morris Wade.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Wade (Jackie) of Longmont, CO, Diana Wade Sturdevant (Nathan) of Tannehill, OK and Tommy Wade of Krebs, OK; and her grandchildren, Christopher Duff, Jonathan Lovelady (Britney), Kyle Wade, Evan Hatridge, Darren Leflore, Jeremy Leflore and Ashley Leflore. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
