He is survived by: his wife Evett Short (Oliphant); his children, Tyas Short (Chrystal) of McAlester, Royce Short (Manele) of Lafayette, CO, Garett Short (Brittney) of McAlester and Allison Hernholm (Mikkael) of Middleton, Idaho; and his siblings, Linda Short of Carpinteria, California, Mark Short (TJ) of Kingman and Tracy Short (Pam) of Ventura, California. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
