He is survived by: his mother Lounell Emery (Smart) of McAlester; his wife Vicki Emery of McAlester; his children, Shayna Pulchny (Bryan) of Crowder and Jakeb Emery (Faith) of McAlester; his grandchildren, Elijah Pulchny, Ella Jane Pulchny, Quinn Emery and Arie Emery; his brother Earl Emery (Debra) of McAlester; his brothers-in-law, Christian Orawetz (Beth Ann) of Cedar Park and Ronald Henry (Sheila) of McAlester; and his sibling's children, Harrison Emery (Kristi) of McAlester, Ami Patterson (Matt) of Stuart, Cory Henry (Jennifer) of Broken Arrow, Matthew Henry (Kara) of McAlester, Amanda Williams (Michael) of McAlester, Sophia Orawetz of Cedar Park, Texas and Lukas Orawetz of Cedar Park, Texas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and friends.
